Troubleshooting

Viewer won’t load

Check:

  1. Is the device loaded on a track?
  2. Does the Max console show the server running message?
  3. Is port 19741 free?

Session not updating

Check:

  1. Is the WebSocket connection open? (check browser dev tools network tab)
  2. Try reloading the browser page
  3. Remove and re-add the device to rescan
