Quick Start

1. Install the device

Download live-set-viewer.zip from Gumroad. Unzip and drag Live Set Viewer.amxd onto any track.

The Max console should show:

Live Set Viewer: max-api loaded
Live Set Viewer: walking LOM tree...
Live Set Viewer: found N tracks
Live Set Viewer: server running at http://localhost:19741

2. Open the viewer

Open http://localhost:19741 in your browser. You’ll see a real-time visualization of your session.

3. Make changes

Add tracks, clips, or change parameters in Ableton — the viewer updates in real time via WebSocket.
